Genuine Toshiba owner's manual. Couldn't really ask for more. And written in understandable English in contrast to a few recent experiences I have had with manuals for other equipment other than Toshiba but made in China and written in "Chinglish"!
I purchased a vintage Sony mixer off eBay and within the hour was able to locate and purchase the manual for it.I mean really, where else can you find a manual for a product made in 1983!? It was easy to find and purchase/download the manual I needed.I will use this site again for other equipment I have! Great site!
It`s full copy of a service manual from url http://www.philips.owner-manuals.com/PM3216-service-manual-PHILIPS.html

HINTS AND TIPS
l
Arrange the shelves in the required positions before switching the oven ON. Shelves are numbered from the bottom upwards.
l
DO NOT place dishes or baking trays directly on the oven base as it interferes with the oven air circulation and can lead to base burning: use the lower shelf position.
l
When cooking more than one dish in the fan oven, place dishes centrally on different shelves rather than cluster several dishes on one shelf, this will allow the heat to circulate freely for the best cooking results. When batch baking one type of food, e.g. Victoria sandwich cakes, those of similar size will be cooked in the same time.
l
The use of excessively high temperatures can cause uneven browning. It may be necessary to reduce temperatures slightly. Refer to the recommendations given in the oven cooking chart see page 18.

It is recommended that when baking larger quantities, the shelf positions should be evenly spaced to suit the load being cooked. A slight increase in cooking time may be necessary.
